Position: full — time / Remote

Working hours: 10 PM EST — 6 PM EST

CarShipIO is an auto-transport carrier and broker automation software that enables users to find car hauler loads, dispatch loads to EBOL, manage invoices, plan and manage trips, leads, expenses, and quotes with CRM, billing and invoicing, reporting, expense management, asset tracking tools, and more.

Responsibilities:

- Process support requests from chat, email, phone calls
- Follow up with new and existing customers to help them with the system, identify issues they have and turn it into benefits for them by explaining the functionalty
- Run training sessions with screan sharing for 1-5 group of people to help them know the software better.
- Promote new available functionalities for existing customer and explaiin how to set up.
- Process and report new functionality requests from existing customers
- Get feedback from paying clients and discuss it with the team

Requirements:

- Good intnet connection
- Computer/Laptop that can hande multiple tabs opened and shreensharing
- English level — upper-intermediate
- Ready to work Afternoon, based on USA Eastern Time Zone
- Competent speech, ability to make yourself understood

- Have great written and spoken English and looking to improve it on daily basis with native speakers.

- Not afraid of failing and admitting your mistakes.
- Had experience working for tech/internet company and/or remote support position where main language spoken was English.
- Self-organized and about getting things done.
- Love to collaborate with your teammates about the best ways to accomplish your tasks
- Want to be part of the fast-moving team that like to work hard and have fun while scaling an internet company
