As a Technical Product Analyst at Moorwand Solutions, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, technical operations, and implementation teams to successfully deliver high-quality fintech solutions. You will analyze technical requirements, identify gaps, and provide insights to drive product improvements and optimizations.
Job Description:
Collaborate with other teams to understand product requirements and translate them into technical specifications and user stories.
Conduct a thorough analysis of existing products, identifying areas for improvement, optimization, and innovation.
Work closely with engineering and developer teams of our third-party providers to ensure alignment between product requirements and technical implementation.
Perform technical feasibility assessments for new features and functionalities, considering factors such as scalability, performance, and security.
Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming to prioritize and refine product features.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate and improve product functionality.
Testing new tools systems and APIs before release to the business and clients, for example, logic, integration to third-party providers, rule-based systems alerts, and improvements
Serve as a subject matter expert on technical aspects of the product, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, identifying trends and recommending actions to drive product success.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and leverage this knowledge to inform product decisions.
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working as a Technical Product Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in a software development or close environment.
Understanding or experience in banking or the payments (fintech) industry (any level).
Understanding of software development methodologies.
API testing experience.
Experienced in working with SQL databases.
Experienced in analyzing technical requirements, writing user guides, and creating technical documentation.
Fluent written and spoken English
Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable experience with ticketing tools like Freshdesk, Service Now, or others.
Desirable experience with project management tools such as Jira, or similar.
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar in the Product Management field are a plus.
