About your key responsibilities and impact:

Leading and managing the planning, execution, and closing of projects within scope and timeline constraints;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines;
Developing and maintaining project plans, and schedules;
Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring successful project delivery;
Fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders;
Monitoring and reporting on project progress, ensuring that milestones are met;
Evaluating and optimizing project processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices;
Providing regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Essential professional experience:

2+ years of IT project management (running development projects and teams in the role of Project Manager) and understanding of IT processes (Change Management, Release management, and others);
Proven ability to manage teams of 10+ people and deliver multiple projects;
Advanced skills in using project support/monitoring tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban;
Passion for building an efficient, reliable, managed and motivated team;
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving competency;
Strong partnership with Product Owners and Dev/QA leads;
Intermediate+ English level.
