Your Responsibilities:

Handle cargo, liability, and equipment claims from start to finish
Communicate with drivers, insurance companies, and brokers
Investigate incidents, collect documentation, and determine liability
File claims and follow up to ensure timely resolution
Track and maintain accurate records
Help identify recurring issues to prevent future claims

What We Expect:

Experience in trucking, logistics, or technical customer service
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy mindset – experience with claims or dispatch systems is a plus
A proactive attitude and strong sense of urgency
