JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Systematisation, processing and accounting of payments
Accounts receivable management:


ensuring timely invoicing to clients
monitoring the payment deadlines from clients
dealing with overdue debts
preparing accounts receivable reports for management

Accounts payable management:


monitoring the payment of supplier invoices within the specified deadlines
preparation of payment orders
interacting with suppliers regarding payments and resolving potential disputes
maintaining reports on accounts payable

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

1-3 years Accounting field, particularly regarding settlements with debtors and creditors
Experience working with payment solutions or payments
Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and basic data analysis)
Experience with accounting software and financial systems (QuickBooks)
Attention to detail: Accuracy in processing financial data and payments
Problem-Oriented Thinking: Ability to identify and solve problems related to payments and financial transactions.
Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality of financial information and maintaining ethical standards.
Knowledge of English B2
