Sales manager (english language)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team at the Call Center, specializing in the sale of our company products. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, providing information about products, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Effectively present and sell company products.
- Provide information and answer questions about products and services.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work shifts from 15:00 to 01:00 (ideal for students and those looking for part-time work).
