Safety Manager

As a safety manager, I was responsible for monitoring HOS activities of the drivers, I was editing, assigning their logs in Samsara.
I was assigning their EFS cards as well, monitoring accidents they were involved in. Part of my job was also doing the orientation whenever a new driver was hired. Regarding EFS cards, I was also monitoring fraud activity, and cash advances.
After 1 year in the company, I was promoted to the superviser position, where I was managing a group of 7-9 people.
Although I already have a good idea of what work as a dispatcher represents, after working closely with the Dispatch Department, I am willing to learn all the new skills I need to embrace this position.
