The last about 30 years of my activity was connected with organization and planning, transport and logistics, procurement and supply, production and management, in various fields.
When there was not enough initial data , I relied on analytics, logic and forecasting, the history of the development of this area. Many time i use intuition based on many years of experience in observing and studying factors and management methods in transport, logistics, production, procurement and other types of activities.
Supervised the work and preparation of everything necessary to complete the assigned tasks, using mathematical modeling, intuitive thinking, and logic in his work. Made calculations and forecasts of necessary measures to minimize risks.
Organized and drew up optimal schedules of work and deliveries, negotiated volumes and terms with suppliers, conducted preliminary negotiations on the necessary costs, and also agreed on the deadlines for the completion of work according to schedules.
